Mills butchers have been in business for over 40 years, they are a family run butchers and value themselves on supplying high quality, locally sourced produce.
The brief: Mills Butchers wanted to create an online store for their local customers to feature a click and collect service.
Launch the site
The project started with a simple logo refresh, updating the typefaces and incorporating a sleek and modern colour scheme.
This was to be their first website so we needed to get it right. With this in mind we wanted to really highlight the fact that it is a family run business and has been successful for the past 40 years.
The website is focused on a click and collect service which allowed locals to pre-order their products and collect in store on a day of their choosing. This was promoted throughout the site using simple call to actions.
We had a professional photographs taken to ensure the images were able to become the main focal point throughout the site and this truly helped finish the look and feel we were aiming for.
The final outcome was a fully responsive website that works across all modern browsers and devices and also linked up to their social media platform. The websites launch was pushed through various social media marketing campaigns.
Mills Butchers wanted a CMS that way easy to use, update and add products as they wished. We used a customised WordPress theme developed with their needs in mind and integrated features they required.
