APSL Group are a professional services consultancy for the built environment. They take an innovative approach to supporting their clients in the delivery of projects that assist them on their route to net zero, and to the creation of sustainable communities. Investing up to 75% of their annual profits into social value and community projects, they provide a range of property asset management, compliance, project delivery and assurance solutions.

The brief: To develop a new corporate brand identity, digital marketing collateral and a new company website to showcase their services and projects.

Launch the site

Our process
We began the project by brainstorming some initial ideas for their logo to get an idea of style and concepts.
The core meaning behind the final logo mark was to visually represent a community being created. A community is defined as a group of people who share something in common. So we represented this in a subtle form with the use of triangle shapes all coming together to form the logo mark. We also noted that communities are not all the same and this was why we chose to incorporate various bold colours.
The build
The website was then designed and developed inline with their branding, with the use of the bold colour palette and broken up shapes throughout the site. We wanted it to be very simple for the viewer to navigate and get in touch with them. We did this by using various call to actions and guiding the viewer through the site with the layout.
The site also needed to be easy to update and amend for the client so we used various custom fields within the backend of WordPress for ease of use.
The outcome
The outcome was a modern, eye catching brand that follows throughout all of their website which is fully responsive across all digital devices. The site immediately started gaining traffic and was generating some great leads through the various call to actions. We are continuing to work with APSL Group on our Monthly Support Package.

Why WordPress

APSL Group wanted a platform that was simple to edit and update. We designed and developed a bespoke theme for their new WordPress website, adding the necessary functionality that was needed.
