ACME Whistles have been manufacturing and selling many different types of whistles since 1870.
ACME Whistles received a very special visit from Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge to their premises in Birmingham. Following this we had the privilege of being appointed to design and print a commemorative brochure.

Acme wanted to celebrate WW1 centenary by creating a limited edition sterling silver peace whistle. This piece has a sculpted enamel and silver poppy to commemorate all that had served and died for our country. the brief was to create the packaging, certificate and a brochure for the limited edition whistles.
The packaging was to be simple, yet elegant. We produced a sleeve that was then removed to reveal the contents. The contents were then held in place using precision laser cut foam.
The contents that was produced included a clean white brochure, silver foiled certificate with a traditional waxed seal and a domed tag. This resulted in a high end limited edition product that would appeal to their clientele.
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day a nationwide search around the world from Europe to America was carried out to find an original WW2 clicker, one of seven thousand created.
One was finally located in Harborne of all places and donated by the family of Captain Jeffery Kemp Bond.
We created an acrylic display case to house the clicker and war time memorabilia also provided by the family.
